The Java Backend Developer will serve as a full-time problem solver, combining deep technical expertise, innovative thinking, and independent problem-solving skills to tackle complex backend development challenges. Responsibilities Working with software development teams to gather requirements and ensure best practices. Designing, implementing, and supporting solutions for application development, security, analytics, and performance management. Conforming to industry and security coding standards, adhering to fortify scan and other security tool review requirements. Conducting code reviews for junior team members and participating in peer code reviews to maintain coding standards. Running test scripts to ensure quality delivery. Resolving code issues with urgency.
