**Required Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: - Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry - Experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts - Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills - Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building - An Engineer with a strong financial and business acumen A bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, or Food Engineering is required. Relevant certifications and training in lean six sigma and total productive maintenance are highly valued.
