Our teams work collaboratively to drive the production of alphas and financial strategies – the foundation of a sustainable, general investment platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate within cross-functional teams to improve user experience and streamline software deployment processes.\nDevelop and implement software solutions using open-source and enterprise-grade tools.\nEnhance system automation and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure using Python and other automation tools.\nProvide troubleshooting support for existing products and systems, ensuring high reliability and performance.\nIntegrate GitLab CI/CD processes with JIRA for seamless workflow and issue tracking across the development lifecycle.\nOptimize GitLab runners and deployment pipelines from configuration down to BareMetal infrastructure.\nSupport continuous improvement by participating in Agile development processes and contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong expertise in GitLab, particularly in managing CI/CD pipelines and runners down to BareMetal infrastructure.\nProficiency in Python programming, with a focus on writing scripts for automation, testing, and troubleshooting.\nIn-depth knowledge of Linux environments for managing and deploying system components.\nExperience working with JIRA and integrating it with GitLab for seamless project management.\nA solid understanding of DevOps principles, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) best practices.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.\nStrong communication in English to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
