The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and translating customer needs into clear and detailed technical requirements, collaborating closely with development teams. Main Responsibilities : - Define and analyze user requirements. - Analyze and evaluate the performance of existing systems. - Conduct gap analysis and suggest solutions. - Create change plans based on analyzed requirements. - Facilitate configuration management. - Document the changes being made and relevant training manuals. - Collaborate with other team members to efficiently implement changes. - Simulate and test performance-related suggestions. - Write user manuals and prepare easy-to-understand documentation. - Evaluate, install, and troubleshoot software systems. - Ensure the functionality of the final product. What we value : - Experience with agile development methodologies and project management – Scrum, PM. - Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL Databases. - Knowledge of data storage and web architecture. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Academic Background : Degree or advanced student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Training in functional analysis, ERP implementation, or Python development is a plus. - Experience : Minimum 2-3 years in similar roles, with demonstrable experience in implementation and familiarity with technology project management and process improvement. Work Mode : Remote (with in-person meetings at the company headquarters, twice a week) Schedule : 9 AM to 3 PM Own transportation required. Employment Type : Freelance.
