We are seeking a senior SecOps Engineering Manager to guide strategic LATAM clients through SIEM and SOAR adoption, delivering advisory support and hands-on enablement to strengthen security operations. You will lead onboarding through post-onboarding success, resolve complex challenges, and partner with executives and internal teams—apply to help drive measurable risk reduction. Responsibilities Manage tier-1 integral client accounts through onboarding and post-onboarding phases of SecOps product adoption (SIEM and SOAR) Implement onboarding and post-onboarding strategies to drive successful SecOps adoption outcomes Educate and advise clients on how to use security solutions to improve posture and reduce risk Deliver training and enablement sessions that support ongoing client success and product usage Create solutions for complex client challenges within SIEM and SOAR workloads Manage client escalations during implementation and post-implementation phases Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, partners, and internal stakeholders Complete ongoing SME training across SIEM and SOAR, security operations, and cloud architecture Travel to client engagements approximately 10% Requirements 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity practitioner, consultant, or technical security CSM roles with SIEM and SOAR Strong leadership skills to guide client engagements and drive adoption outcomes Proven project delivery record meeting or exceeding client deliverables and expectations Deep security operations knowledge across SecOps offerings and the broader cybersecurity vendor landscape Strong programming skills in Python, Yara-L, and SQL Strong communication and interpersonal skills for executive-facing advisory work Nice to have Experience with Chronicle SIEM and SOAR GCP architecture knowledge We offer Connectivity Bonus (25,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non-wages concept).
