Role Purpose: We’re seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in tax data and regulatory compliance to join a global EY project. You’ll bridge technical teams and stakeholders, transforming complex tax requirements into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Tax Data Analysis: - Interpret tax regulations (e.g., GDPR, SAT reporting) and map them to technical requirements. - Develop Power BI dashboards to identify risks/opportunities. - Requirements Management: - Document "as-is" and "to-be" processes using BPMN/UML. - Lead UAT testing with end-users. - Tool Integration: - Work with Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and APIs for ETL workflows. - Optimize SQL queries for reporting. Technical Skills Required: ✔️ 5+ years as a Business Analyst in regulated sectors (tax, finance). ✔️ Expertise in: - Power BI (DAX, data modeling). - Advanced SQL (joins, window functions). - Azure Data Platform (Purview, ADLS). ✔️ Fluent English (global team collaboration).
